Peter Fotiadis

Partner

Peter is a founding Partner and leads our commercial, financial and transaction capability. He is a trusted advisor to CEOs and executive teams, known for combining long range strategic thinking with the grounded, practical needs of execution.

Peter will often be leading a business acquisition deal, running workshops on a strategy re-set, and interpreting financial models to guide leaders on their next big investment.

Outside work, he’s great on the BBQ and has a mean forehand.

Anthony Hengel

Partner

Anthony is a founding Partner and the person you call when something complex needs to get done. He’s a trusted advisor to CEOs and executive teams, with deep experience leading operational and commercial change, building new products, and lifting business performance.

Anthony is usually in the middle of the action, shaping a turnaround plan, untangling a messy operating model, or working shoulder-to-shoulder with leaders to implement a large scale program. He has a rare ability to simplify hard problems and drive outcomes without noise or theatre.

Outside of work, Anthony is happiest riding his bike a long way, up really, really, steep hills.

Adrienne Oakman

Senior Manager

Adrienne is a Senior Manager and oversees our data modelling and insights program. With a background in finance and analytics, Adrienne helps our clients understand the real story behind the numbers – building scenarios to road test, understanding the impact of changes to key drivers, and ultimately, giving confidence for critical decision making.

Her models are designed to be both intuitive and aesthetically clean, making complex analysis accessible to decision makers.

Amongst all this, Adrienne finds a way to be an outstanding mum, an ocean swimmer, and an avid book worm.

Kieran Yee

Senior Manager

Kieran is a Senior Manager and our main program and project lead.

He focuses on execution and results, especially when work is complex or momentum has stalled, and operates comfortably at both program and initiative level.

While highly analytical, Kieran’s real strength is how he works with people, coaching teams, simplifying complexity, and helping teams follow through without the drama.

Outside of work, he’s usually in the ocean, chasing waves and a clear head.
